The Alden at Highlands is a 336-unit Class A garden-style multifamily community under development at 675 Morgan Lakes Industrial Boulevard in Savannah, GA. Situated on a 27.75-acre parcel, it is the only multifamily-designated site within The Highlands Planned Unit Development. Manor Park Ventures broke ground in partnership with Brook Farm Group, with Summit Contracting Group serving as general contractor.

Manor Park Ventures committed more than $10 million in pre-development capital to secure entitlements, complete architectural and civil engineering plans, and finalize due diligence. The community will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with gourmet kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, hardwood floors, smart home technology and in-unit washers and dryers. Amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, clubhouse, coworking space, pickleball court, dog park, EV charging and 24-hour security.

Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028, with stabilization targeted for the first quarter of 2029. The project is positioned to meet Savannah’s growing demand for high-quality housing, driven by major employers including the Hyundai Metaplant, Gulfstream Aerospace and the Port of Savannah.
