It’s amazing how quickly vision becomes reality.

Just a year ago, 675 Morgan existed only as plans, engineering drawings, and countless strategy sessions.

This past week, after flying over the site, seeing 27 acres cleared, graded and transformed into an active construction site is incredibly rewarding. Soon, this will become 336 luxury apartment homes serving one of the fastest-growing markets in the Southeast.

We chose to invest more than $10 million of our own family capital before seeking outside investment because we believed in Savannah’s long-term fundamentals and were committed to doing the work the right way—from entitlement through groundbreaking.

None of this happens without great partners. We’re grateful to Brook Farm Group and Summit Contracting Group for helping bring this vision to life.
